On-Camera Acting Classes for anyone interested in becoming a great actor, auditioning, and booking roles in Movies, TV Shows, and Commercials.

PROFESSIONAL ACTING PROGRAM TUITION

Professional Acting Program

Contract & Payment Options. Prices listed below do not include Registration Fee, Headshots, or Showcase Fees.

Two Year Contract

$3,600, or $180 a month

Commit to two years of classes.

One Year Contract

$2,400, or $240 a month

Commit to one year of classes.

3-Month Contract

$900, or $360 a month

Commit to 12 weeks of classes.

Pre-Paid Option

Pay in full up-front. 

Two Year Contract = $3,600 for 2 years (24 months).  

One Year Contract = $2,400 for 1 year (12 months).

3-Month Contract = $900 for 3 months.  

Professional Acting Program Curriculum

Classes

Foundations of Acting for Film and Television 101

Learn Concepts, On-Camera Technique, the Pilot’s Checklist, Memorization Technique, and Choices.  Perform the Environmental Exercise and perform your first on-camera Scene at the Showcase.

Sundays, 12:00 p.m. 

Managing a Professional Career in Film and Television 101

Learn the Casting process and discover your Casting.  Develop your own portfolio of tools, including Headshots, Resumes, Acting Websites, your home office and your home studio.  Learn the art of Live Auditioning, Self-Tape Auditioning, how to get and work with Agents, and Monologues.  Perform your Monologue at the Showcase.

Sundays, 2:00 p.m. 

Foundations of Acting for Film and Television 102

Develop your Technique further with more Concepts, more steps on the Pilot’s Checklist, and more advanced Choices.  Begin learning how to trigger emotions with all the tools developed over the years.  Perform your second, more advanced on-camera Scene at the Showcase.

Required Prerequisite: Foundations of Acting for Film and Television 101


Managing a Professional Career in Film and Television 102

Work with a real Casting Director to fine-tune your auditioning skills through Cold Reading, Improvisation, and Triggers.  Perform weekly exercises to develop your Live Auditioning and Self-Tape auditioning skills, both in class and at home.  Receive Career support.  Perform your Monologue at the Showcase.

Required Prerequisite: Managing a Professional Career in Film and Television 101



Foundations of Acting for Film and Television 201 + Managing a Professional

Learn how to perform more advanced Script Analysis, make stronger Choices, raise your Stakes, build more personal and stronger Triggers, and build a Character from the ground up.  Work with your Scene Partner to sustain a full character arc through a scene, being alive in each moment and working moment to moment.  Fine tune audition skills with cold reading and self-tape exercises.

Each class is 12 weeks long with sessions running 4 times a year.


First year classes are taken in order.  Classes with the same number may be taken concurrently.
